3 Simple Reasons Health = Wealth

Live good and enjoy life.

We all want the six-pack, ripped arms, slim face, and strong legs. But what if we don’t reach that perfect goal, are we failures? No. We don’t have to posses athletic bodies to be healthy. If that is your goal please continue to pursue that. But for those just starting off, the goal should be to live a better, healthier, life. And if your goal is to obtain success, wealth, or help millions of people, this post will explain why your health will affect those aspirations.

  1. Increased Life Expectancy

It makes sense doesn’t it? If I am healthy I have a better chance of living longer. Bear in mind that you only have control over yourself. Unexpected things can happen to those who are healthy or not. But if you can help it why not do your best to prolong your life for your loved ones, friends, and more importantly yourself. Living healthier will increase your life expectancy.

  2. Less Health Bills

Health insurance is expense especially if you’re not under the right coverage. But its even more expensive if later in your life you have to be able to afford multiple medication and doctor visits. With old age comes wear and tear and in most cases they are inevitable. But with the ever advancements in health technology and your proactive effort to stay healthy, you can benefit with less medication and less doctor visits in the future.

  3. More Confidence, More Content

The healthier you are the better you feel. Sure you may wonder, “why did they make everything that’s bad for you taste so good?”, but once you start to eat healthy and exercise eating those bad things will immediately make you feel the difference. The first few weeks are the hardest because your body is sore, you’re tired, and you don’t feel like anything is happening. But if you stick with it and continue to push through, you will see results and your confidence will become stronger.

Simple Things to Get Started

  1. Start Now

Don’t wait until tomorrow, or next week, or after your vacation. Those reasons are just excuses to postpone the inevitable.

  2. Eat Healthy

Cut back on your portions, try to cut out rice, eat vegetables with your meals and follow other reputable advice on eating healthy. There are a lot of advice out there but just pick one and stick to it.

  3. Be Active

Go out for walks, run, go to the gym, do simple exercises at your home. overall just become as active as you can during the day. Every little counts even when you are busy.

For those who strive for a better future, wealth, and comfortable living, it would help if you can live long and healthy enough to enjoy it. No matter how old you are it’s better to start living a healthy life now. If not, your future generation will enjoy it for you.
